The project includes rehabilitation of the existing Love's Travel Stop Lift Station.
Rehabilitation includes the replacement of the existing pumps, valves, fittings, and pipes as required; cleaning and coating the interior of the wet well; removing and replacing the existing control panel with new control panel; updating the electrical system to the lift station; replacing rails, chains, cables, floats, and other accessories as required; updating telemetry.

The Base Bid scope of work for the Curbside Exterior Improvements includes:
Installation of new metal wall and soffit panels on the exterior of the Terminal building
Painting exterior wall surfaces and columns
Removal and relocation of windows
New exterior lighting fixtures
New signage
Installation of bollards, permanent benches, and waste receptacles
Removal of brick walkway and installation of concrete sidewalk.

West Virginia University Medicine (WVUM) is renovating their existing business office, IT department, and adjacent support areas to create an outpatient pharmacy with NO sterile compounding
included. Renovation includes approximately 2,470 sf of space on the first floor, close to the hospital ’s main entrance. Overall Program includes customer-facing areas including retail and prescription
drop-off and pick-up, main pharmacy area, staff & support areas, and restructured billing and IT department areas to make room for new OP Pharmacy. MEP systems will be updated with new
finishes for the renovation area (lighting, diffusers, devices), and new plumbing (sinks) for the Pharmacy area and Break Room.
